Arbitration
The State of Paraná celebrated, in December 2015, the Technical Cooperation Term with the Chamber of Arbitration and Mediation of the Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná (CAMFIEP), and in February 2016, the Technical Cooperation Term with the Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration of the Commercial Association of Paraná (ARBITAC). Both terms are intended to ensure institutional stability and the training of arbitrators during the term of the concession contracts in which the entities are chosen as arbitral institution.
