Introduction
The Paraná Partnerships Program (PAR) was established by Law 19.811, of February 5th of 2019, to implement privatization policies and partnerships with private sector entities in the State Public Administration.
PAR’s main values:
- Rationalization of public assets;
- Increase efficiency and quality of public services and undertakings;
- Attract investments for the development of the State of Paraná.
The program is formed by a portfolio of privatization projects and partnership contracts that are developed and implemented by its managing unit represented by the State Secretariat of Structural Projects and Planning, counting with its Coordination of Concessions and Partnerships that is responsible for actions of the project’s scope.
